Long considered one of LA's best hotel bars, this elegant lounge serves a long list of signature martinis, fine wines and exclusive liqueurs under the watchful eyes of gracefully carved angels that float above the polished granite bar. Sip your cocktail along one of the secluded leather banquettes, or retire to the adjacent Cognac Room, a sultry lounge with soft couches and wooden cabinets filled with Biltmore memorabilia from the first half of the twentieth century. 

Food & Cocktails

Enjoy a delicious food menu featuring items like a Kobe Burger with apple-smoked bacon and portobello mushrooms, warm homemade minestrone soup, Chicken or Shrimp Quesadilla, Maine lobster club sandwich or an International Cheese Plate perfect for pairing with one of the bar's many wines. Plus choose from a selection of items from the hotel's restaurants, including sushi and sashimi fresh from Sai Sai, and a delicious authentic Italian salami board or homemade desserts from La Bistecca Italian-style Steakhouse . 

Served until 11:00pm weekdays, until 1:00am Fridays and Saturdays.
