• Classic One-Bedroom suite: (905 sq. feet); features separate bedroom/bathroom and parlor featuring large couch, occasional chairs, coffee table, decorative fireplace and mantle and dining or conference table
• Classic Junior Suite: (600-910 sq. feet), features sitting area with sofa and armchair in addition to master bedroom with bathroom; some rooms also include vanity areas 
• Biltmore Suite: spacious two-bedroom Los Angeles hotel suite featuring large living room, butler's kitchen, dining area and separate hallway with bathroom and master bedroom
• Becker Suite: (930 sq. feet); a luxurious one-bedroom hotel suite in Los Angeles configuration with elegant marble foyer and dining table for 6
• Music Suite: (2,000 sq. feet); a beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bath retreat with Pershing Square views; features baby grand piano and antique music stand, living room with flat-panel plasma television and DVD player, butler's kitchen, dining/conference table seating up to 10 people and large reception area/foyer
• Presidential Suite: (4,600 sq. feet); stay in the same room as 9 U.S. Presidents and the Beatles! Occupying 2 floors, this 3-bedroom, 5-bathroom apartment has an antique elevator, spiral staircase, grand piano, formal dining room, full kitchen, library/office, living room with flat-panel plasma television and DVD player, extensive closet space and Pershing Square views
